CKO promotes the Experience Economy in Denmark
Growth Fund
CKO manages grant programs for projects that create growth from collaboration between cultural life and business life. Between 2009 and 2012, CKO will distribute 24.8 million Danish crowns to projects that create growth through collaboration between cultural and business life. CKO expects to support four to seven such projects yearly, with both private and public projects being eligible for funding. Businesses compete for these grants and projects will be evaluated in comparison with each other. Grants are given in accordance with government regulations and CKO is available for questions before the deadline for applications.
Reach Out
CKO administers the Ministry of Culture’s Reach Out program. Reach Out spotlights user involvement and innovation in the world of culture. This program lasts for three years and has been allocated five million Danish Crowns by the Ministry of Culture. Reach Out is a network for the exchange of experience and knowledge. It is open for everyone interested in user involvement and user driven innovation.CKO is responsible for allocating funds to projects that promote user involvement in cultural life. We present a range of events and conferences designed to present, debate and develop knowledge in the field.
